Shipping
- Inner Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 days.
- Other provinces: 2–4 business days.
- The shipping fee is shown at checkout; orders above the free shipping threshold ship free.
- We call to confirm before shipping. Please keep your phone nearby after ordering.
Payment
- Cash on delivery (COD): pay the courier in cash.
- Bank transfer: bank details appear after you order. Use your order number as the reference, e.g. JC-261103-1234.
- Orders are charged in VND. Prices shown in USD or EUR are an estimate at the current rate.
Returns
You can exchange or return an item within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unused, with its tags and full packaging.
- Contact us through the Contact page or hotline with your order number.
- We will explain how to send the item back. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
- Refunds are made within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
Items with a manufacturing fault are replaced or refunded in full, shipping included.
